Husband and wife duo, Lara and Siggi Marcum, founded their farm and company, Pandemic Polly Peppers, when they lost their jobs in 2020.  They took their love of all-things-peppers and created a delcious, thriving culinary operation that specializes in a variety pepper-laced treats.
